The rooms are spacious and clean, with a balcony to enjoy the forest views. Additionally, the hotel provides bottles of mineral water in the room every day.

Some information and services at the hotel may be only available in Polish, which can be a bit challenging for non-Polish speaking guests.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The location was great, nestled in the midst of nature, perfect to enjoy a winter wonderland. The hiking trails nearby were a plus, offering breathtaking views. The food was tasty and well-prepared, especially the traditional Xmas dinner served in the cozy restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all needs were met. The heated pool and sauna provided relaxation after a day in the cold.
There were a few downsides to my stay. The beds were uncomfortable, and it was difficult to get a good night's rest.

This secluded forest hotel at 700m above sea level offered a variety of activities, including tracking routes and a nearby Czech village. The food was delicious with a wide range of options for breakfast and lunch/dinner, prepared by a talented team using the newest cooking methods. The hotel had excellent facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and spa, and the staff were mostly friendly. The well-functioning Wi-Fi was a plus.
